Scheduled infrastructure upgrade (dashboard + API)

On Saturday May 21st, 8am-8:30am UTC we will be performing an infrastructure upgrades that require downtime. During this time, both the dashboard and API might not respond or return errors. During the API downtime, devices will not be able to send logs; instead they will keep them locally and resend them later, the next time your app is running and has internet connectivity.

We apologize in advance if this causes any inconvenience.

Web dashboard [Retroactive] Delay in log processing

On 2021-11-01, starting approximately noon (12pm) until midnight (2021-11-02 12am) (UTC), the processing of logs for some applications has been slower than usual because of an overload of some of our servers. The issue is now resolved and logs are being processed as usual. Any logs cached on the client devices that have not been sent will be sent in the next hours. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
