Web dashboard Devices not sending logs

Update: Processing time is back to normal. If you still find some logs missing, they might be cached on the device side. They will be uploaded gradually over the next hours/days, when your application is running again.

--

Update: most devices are now fully synchronized with the server. There's a long processing queue at the moment, the average processing time being of 1h. We expect to reduce this time over the next hours.

--

Update: the state from all devices has been restored from a backup. Please note it might not be the exact state it was left in, if it has been changed recently. All enabled devices are sending logs now, which means they will send all cached logs the next time your application is open or in the next minutes if it's already open. Please note it might still take a few minutes for your logs to appear, processing time might be longer than usual.

--

Update: we have started to restore the enabled state for each device. This is a long operation, might take several hours. Once enabled, devices will send any logs that could be in their caches.

--

Update: we're still working on it. As a workaround, you can enable the devices you want to get logs from.

--

During a maintenance operation yesterday (starting approximately at 2021-11-17 7:12pm UTC), logging from some devices has accidentally been disabled. As a result, now devices show as disabled in the "Device Config" tab, even if they nobody has disabled them.

We're working on a solution, which will probably involve restoring the enabled/disabled state from a backup. We're sorry for any inconveniences caused.
