Scheduled infrastructure upgrade (dashboard + API)

On Saturday May 21st, 8am-8:30am UTC we will be performing an infrastructure upgrades that require downtime. During this time, both the dashboard and API might not respond or return errors. During the API downtime, devices will not be able to send logs; instead they will keep them locally and resend them later, the next time your app is running and has internet connectivity.

Web dashboard [Retroactive] Web dashboard not accessible for some users

Yesterday, starting 7:00 UTC, one of our database servers seems to have been giving errors for about 5 hours. As a result, some of our users saw the error "Rate limiter error" and could not access the dashboard. Unfortunately, this was not caught up by our monitoring because it only affected a few users. The issue is now resolved, and we do not expect it to happen again. During this outage, logs have been stored properly and are accessible now.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, and we're working towards a solution that will help us better identify and mitigate this kind of errors.
