Web dashboard [Retroactive] Delay in log processing

During the last 10 hours, the processing of logs for some applications has been slower than usual. Unfortunately, we have not caught this quickly, because only affected some customers in specific situations. The issue is now resolved and logs are being processed as usual. Any logs cached on the client devices that have not been sent will be sent in the next hours. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
